As a Public Administration, it has policy and technical competences on the seafood sector. Since they are in charge of the adaptation, update and implementation of European and national policies, they could be the bridge between public administration and producers and consumers. It is an institution for the regional government and will reach then to spread the project results throughout their information channels.

Oficina Española de Cambio Climático

OECC develops of policies related to climate change mitigation and dissemination of activities related to circular economy. It supports research activities about climate change as well as the development of technologies and production and consumption habits to decrease the climate change effect. The role in Neptunus project is advising and assessing the strategies and policies developed in the project related to the climate change mitigation and adaptation.

It has a great experience in the development of policies and strategies for the growth of the fishing sector in Cantabria by means of the protection of the fishing resources and strategies related to fish residues and effluents and to fish economy sector. It will contribute to the advising and assessing the strategies and policies developed in the project related to the sustainability of the fishing sector.

As Ireland’s Seafood Development Agency, Bord Iascaigh Mhara is the expert agency for the Irish Seafood sector, working for the continuous development of its workforce, encouraging sustainability, supporting world-class innovation and competitiveness to maximize opportunities.

Dirección Xeral de Calidade Ambiental e Cambio Climático

It has a great experience in the assessment and control of environmental incidents caused by the human activity and the development of policies, strategies and reports for the protection of the environment in the Galicia Region. The role in the Neptunus project will be Advising and assessing the strategies and policies developed in the project related to the environment and climate change mitigation.

WRF is an independent non-profit international organization that serves as a platform connecting and fostering knowledge exchange on resources management amongst business leaders, policy-makers, NGOs, scientists and the public.

It will to contribute tot he advising and assessing the strategies and policies developed in the project related to resources efficiency. Dissemination of the knowledge and project results throughout its information channels.
