The Interreg Atlantic Area Annual event was held on the 20th October 2021 with the motto “Together for blue and green Atlantic regions”. The event started with the welcome address given by António M. Cunha, President of the Managing Authority and President of the CCDR-Norte, David Minton, Director of the Northern and Western Regional Assembly and Duarte Rodrigues, Vice-President of the Agência para o Desenvolvimiento e Coesão. Their intervention was followed by Ismael Morán-Garcia, Joint Secretariat Deputy Director, who spoke about the Atlantic Area Programme achievements and the launch of the third call for projects extension and capitalisation, one of the topics that recieved especial attention from the audience.
